My timeline is focusing on how movie posters have changed since the very beginning. This far I have found that movie posters have become a lot more complex just in the past few years. The difference between movie posters in the 80’s is extremely different from the movie posters now. The basic format for the posters has stayed the same but they are way more graphically appealing. For my timeline I am going to have a lot of images of different movie posters over the past years. I have attached a tentative sketch of what my timeline will look like.
Olivia, I like this idea of movie posters. However, You need to expand it to 'entertainment' posters or something like that. You need to pick a topic that you can potentially trace back to the beginning. Movies obviously limits you to only after movies were created. I really want you to think about interactivity. This means that you audience has to interact with it in a meaningful way. What is the idea with the 3D - how do you envision people interacting and is this a reference to 3D movies or is there something more?
